PL 89-642 was the "Child Nutrition Act of 1966," which seems to have been amended by PL 101-610, the "Good Samaritan Food Donation Act," which was meant as a model act and had no force of law. Senate and House bills were introduced on the first day of the 105th Congress. The House version (introduced by Conyers) was HR 21, for Flood's uniform number for the Cardinals. |
