Question: Is the husband entitled as administrator to his wife to collector her choses in action & convert them to his own use without liability to account for them to her representatives? Answer: This question, I suppose, was occasioned by finding it laid down in the books that if the wife died before the husband, and he had not reduced her choses to possessions, that in such cases the choses went not to the husband, but to her representatives.
