No. 9. Of Executors, Administrators, &c. An executor is one to whom another man commits, by will, the execution of that, his last will and testament. It is the duty of the executor to bury the deceased, to prove the will, to collect and pay the debts, and dispose of the remainder of the estate, accodring to the directions of the testator given in the will.
