Partial section (56 pp.) of what must have been a larger volume. Notes are dated July 1794. They contain material, sketchily recorded, on personal actions, specifically slander and trover. There are also pages comparing English statutes and Connecticut laws with respect to bailment, but these are only partially legible. These notes are best understood by consulting notes of Robert Fairchild and Asa Bacon, contemporary students.
