PL 89-642 was the "Child Nutrition Act of 1966," which seems to have been amended by PL 101-610, the "Good Samaritan Food Donation Act," which was meant as a model act and had no force of law. PL 104-210 (110 Stat 3011) renamed the Good Samaritan act the "Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act" and gave it the full force of law. |
